Tracked shipping. We deliver to France and the European Union. For the UK, Switzerland and the rest of the world, find us on Etsy: customs and VAT are handled there, which we cannot yet do here.
Shipping
Orders leave within 2 to 3 working days, tracked. As every piece is assembled by hand, this can take longer in busy periods: you will be told by email if that happens.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, then a second one with the tracking number when the parcel leaves. Keep them: they carry your order number, which is what to quote if you write to us.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, under the French right of withdrawal. The piece must come back unworn and in its packaging. Return postage is yours, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Damage on arrival
Lampworked glass does not like knocks. If your necklace arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photo: the piece is replaced or refunded, return postage included.
